Double Room

We have one double room available, plus a single. The single is located in an attic room which is sometimes used as a sewing workroom. There is a bathroom for your sole use, and a sitting room available with TV. We have two kitchens in which you could prepare a meal, make hot drinks etc. Check out breakfast and more information here.

Single Room

Various local  takeaways will  deliver. There is a good powerful shower in the bathroom. We’d like to think if you arrive wet, muddy and bedraggled (this is Cumberland in the summer after all) that you will depart clean, dry and optimistic.

We can offer a pick up and drop off service from Whitehaven, St. Bees and Ennerdale Bridge for £5 per trip. This would include being taken to a local pub for an evening meal if you wish. Longer trips are available by negotiation.

We have secure bike storage available.

Sitting Room

You can relax in the sitting room, and make yourself hot drinks and breakfast in the kitchen.

Room rates per night:

Double Room is £60 (£40 single occupancy)

Single Room is £30

Please note that the single room is up a fairly steep flight of stairs. There is an alcove close to the room with plenty of space for your luggage. If you have any questions please drop us an email here.
